Couples who have already booked their venue.

When?
4-6 weeks prior to your big day
Included:
- A complementary consultation
- Management of all outstanding wedding administration
- Creation of a planning on the day
- Identify outstanding issues and offer possible solutions
- Review & confirm all suppliers contracts & payment schedules (new vendor recommendations if needed)
- Check of design set ups
- Provide an action plan for the final weeks and a detailed "On the day Schedule"
- Unlimited consultation via e-mail and/or phone
- Day of event coordination
Price: 10% of your wedding budget
On day coordination
Couples who have selected their wedding vendors, and are looking for help with execution and logistics.
We will be there from start to finish on your wedding day making it as stress-free as it can be!
When?
One month before your wedding day
Included:
- A complementary consultation
- Check of supplier contracts and contact information
- Liaison with the venue and suppliers on your behalf & provide each of
them with a detailed "On the day schedule'
- Supervising the on-site set up and decoration and liaising with suppliers
- Time management of wedding
- Discreet coordination throughout your wedding day
